Massachusetts Minimum Wage Increase

On January 1, 2017, Massachusetts' minimum wage will increase from $10.00 to $11.00 per hour. The minimum cash wage for tipped employees will increase from $3.35 to $3.75 per hour.
We recommend that you review the pay rates of your employees to ensure compliance with the new minimum wage rates.
